Effective immediately, Flexitome (our ebook platform) has closed. This is a result of both internal and external factors and we apologize for any and all inconvenience this may cause.
Refunds will be provided to all active users.
As some of you are aware, Flexitome has hit a couple of rough patches both at the end of 2020, and into this spring. There were web/server issues that inconvenienced more than a few of you and unfortunately, we have not been able to clear everything up in that regard. What you are not aware of is that we lost a valued programmer to COVID-19 in the spring, and I don’t think we have fully recovered from that.
Though the pandemic brought new opportunities, it also brought challenges, which we have all needed to face. This is true for a few of our publishers as well, some of whom are struggling. This coupled with the recent web issues which came about this past weekend which is currently affecting access to your books, has brought us to the hard realization that we won’t be able to offer the services we had committed to.
We have kept access to your books available till the end of July, 2021.
We are deeply sorry for all of this and encourage you to reach out to support@decpub.com for a refund. Please check with the publishers directly about ebook alternatives.
